Cancel or manage your subscription

On your iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › LumaWe. You can also tap Profile › Manage subscription in the app.

Restore a purchase

Open LumaWe › Profile › Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

Redeem a code

Got an offer code from us? Open LumaWe › Profile › Redeem a code.

Apple Watch heart rate isn’t showing

Open LumaWe on the Watch once. Then on your iPhone go to Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › LumaWe and turn on Workouts and Heart Rate. Wear the Watch snugly during the session.

Delete your data

Open LumaWe › Profile › Delete my data. Records you saved to Apple Health can be deleted in the Health app.
