Agreement

These terms apply to the LumaWe app made by SursaTech. By using LumaWe you agree to them and to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, which also applies.

LumaWe Premium

Your first full session is free. LumaWe Premium is an auto-renewing yearly subscription, currently $29.99 a year in the United States (prices vary by country and are shown in the app before you buy).

Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current year. You can manage or cancel it in your iPhone’s Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Wellness, not medical care

LumaWe offers relaxation, breathing, sleep and focus practices for general well-being. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Heart rate shown in the app is for your interest, not for medical use. Stop any practice that feels uncomfortable. If you have a health condition, talk to a professional before changing your routine.

Acceptable use

Use LumaWe for your own personal, non-commercial practice. Don’t copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, and don’t use it while driving or in situations that need your full attention.

Liability

LumaWe is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.
