Guidance on how SursaTech engagements and consultations are priced. The fastest path to a firm number is a paid consultation.

Pricing

SursaTech does not publish fixed rates. Engagements fall into three shapes.

Spike — 1 to 4 weeks

A scoped audit, prototype, or feasibility check. Used when a team needs a senior outside read on a problem before committing to a Build.

Build — 3 to 6 months

A full SaaS product engineering engagement, from discovery to first production release. Delivered on a monthly retainer with weekly demos.

Operate — 6+ months

Ongoing build and iteration after the first release. Monthly retainer, scoped product outcomes, weekly demos.

Paid consultations

USD 30 internationally (Stripe).
NPR 5,000 in Nepal (eSewa / Fonepay QR).

A paid consultation gets a 30-minute call with the relevant senior team member (product engineering with Deepak, QA with Saurabh). The fee is credited against any subsequent Spike or Build engagement. Final estimate for a Spike/Build/Operate engagement always requires team consultation.
